* ?? Assisting with budget preparation and management.
* ????? Overseeing payroll processes and serving as a backup, including ensuring compliance with Prevailing Wage requirements and completing Certified Payroll Reporting.
* ?? Preparing and managing financial reporting.
* ?? Handling accounts receivable tasks, including cash application, adjustments, and credit management.
* ?? Supervising accounts payable processes and serving as a backup when necessary.
* ??? Managing the month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
* ?? Administering and tracking commission advances, payouts, and accruals.
